Recipes with Gelatin Sheet
Gelatin sheet is obtained by drying gelatin. It is more transparent than gelatin powder. Before using the gelatin sheet, soak the leaves in cold water for five minutes to soften them. Then remove and gently squeeze the leaves to remove excess water.
Gelatin sheet is used as a thickener or gelling agent. Dry gelatin sheet is colorless and tasteless. It is usually made from animal bones and collagen. It is mainly used in desserts.
