2) Top Sirloin Steak
This is a delicious cut that is juicy and it has lots of flavor. This cut is also referred as London Broil. You can serve it as a regular steak or make delicious shish kebabs with it. The sirloin cut is between loin and round sections. Top sirloin is great for grilling with vegetables while the bottom butt cut is good for roasting. 4) Filet Mignon (Tenderloin Steak)
This cut is the most tender of them all. It is as tender as it gets. A loin cut that is very lean and has a buttery texture. It is boneless and pricey. You can grill or broil this tender cut. It is also commonly used to make the famous Beef Wellington. This cut has 170 calories, 2.8 g of saturated fat, 26 g of protein, 3 mg of iron, and 3.9 mg of zinc. 5) Porterhouse Steak
Our favorite cut. It is an amazing combination of strip and tenderloin. This cut is usually big enough for 2 people. If you are very hungry, and looking for a flavorful, delicious juicy steak, this cut is the perfect option. This steak is perfect when cooked medium rare. It has 180 calories, 3.4 g of saturated fat, 24 g of protein, 2.7 mg of iron and 3.9 g of zinc. It will cost you around $10.99 a pound.
