  1. Freeze the mango in advance. Peel and slice the ripe mango. Freeze for at least 1 hour on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then place the mango pieces in an airtight container or freezer bag and store in the freezer. For the smoothie, take the frozen fruit out of the freezer.
  2. Put frozen mango, banana, and almond milk in a food processor and blend.
  3. Then add greek yogurt to the mixture.
