Ingredients
- 0.7 pound of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 4 cups of oat
- 0.6 pound of butter
- 3 egg
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanillin
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 4.8 ounces of grated coconut
- 4.8 ounces of walnut
- 6.4 ounces of blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356° F). Place baking paper on the baking tray.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, carbonate, cinnamon and salt. Then, sift the ingredients. Add the oats.
- Beat granulated sugar and egg in a separate bowl. Add butter and vanilla and also continue stirring. Add the flour mixture and mix. Do not knead.
- Add milk, grated coconut, blueberry and nut. After that mix all.
- Cut the pieces from the dough and place them on the tray. Straighten by pressing on it.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Turn the tray and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Leave to cool. Serve after cooling.
