  1. Freeze the banana in advance. Peel and slice the ripe banana. Freeze for at least 1 hour on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then put the pineapple pieces in an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer. For the smoothie, take the frozen fruit out of the freezer.
  2. Peel and chop the orange.
  3. Put the banana, orange, and milk in the food processor and blend.
  4. Then add yogurt to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients until you get a creamy and smooth consistency.
