  3. Chop the onion into cubes. Finely cut the garlic. Fry the garlic in a pan for a while before using it.
  4. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan and saute the onion and garlic. Finely chop the green pepper and add it to the pot.
  5. Roast the pepper paste and tomato paste.
