One of the great appetizers of the Greek cuisine. Perhaps the most delicious form of bean is going to be on your table.

Directions

  1. Wash and clean the bean. Soak the beans in 3 1/2 cups of water overnight. Cook with the soaking water. Add chopped onions, salt and sugar while cooking.
  2. Strain and crush. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  3. Mix olive oil and lemon and pour over.
  4. Garnish with dill and serve.
