Greek Fava
GreekOne of the great appetizers of the Greek cuisine. Perhaps the most delicious form of bean is going to be on your table.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of dried broad bean
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 4 sprigs of dill
Directions
- Wash and clean the bean. Soak the beans in 3 1/2 cups of water overnight. Cook with the soaking water. Add chopped onions, salt and sugar while cooking.
- Strain and crush. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Mix olive oil and lemon and pour over.
- Garnish with dill and serve.
