  1. Firstly, sprinkle some salt on the chicken breasts.
  2. Turn on the stove and heat oil on high flame. Now, cook the chicken parts in batches until it turns completely brown. Set the chicken breasts aside on a plate.
  3. Then, reduce the heat to medium and add ginger, onion, and garlic and stir them until the onions turn transparent. Cook it for around 8 minutes.
  4. Add Curry powder, coriander, cayenne, turmeric, and cumin along with a tablespoon of water into the onion mixture and stir everything for one minute.
  5. Add yogurt, tomatoes, and chopped cilantro to the mixture. Add the browned chicken breasts to the mixture and pour about half a cup of water, while bringing it to a boil. Now, sprinkle some garam masala and cilantro over the chicken.
  6. Cover the pan and stir it till the chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center. Cook for about 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
