  1. Peel the onions and garlic and slice them. Cut cauliflower in the form of flowers.
  2. Add oil to a saucepan and heat. Fry the onion and garlic until soft, then add the curry leaves and half of the mustard, whisk quickly.
  3. Add cauliflower, pepper, peas and coconut milk.
  4. Add the water to the saucepan and boil. Reduce heat and cook for 40 minutes with occasional stirring.
  5. Garnish with mustard and curry leaves and serve.
