Ingredients
- 1 branzino
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.7 pound of mushroom
Directions
- Chop the garlic, onion and pepper in a small way and sauté. Throw some salt while sautéing. Add tomato and pepper paste. Then, mix them. Add some black pepper and chili flakes.
- Peel the tomatoes, add them with mushrooms into the mixture.
- Add the fish fillet.
- Add water to make it a little watery.
- Add bay leaves, thyme and rosemary. Then, continue cooking. Remove the bay leaves, thyme and rosemary after cooking.
