  1. Cut off the tops of the beets and wash them thoroughly. Then cut it into small pieces or put it whole in the pot.
  2. Boil the beets until soft or for 15-20 minutes. After boiling, separate the beets and their juice. Boil the juice again after separating it.
  3. Add the bulgur to the boiled beet juice. Bulgur will be enough to completely color the beet.
  4. Chop the beet cubes and add on the bulgur.
  5. Add chopped spring onions, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, red wine vinegar and salt and blend.

How To Make Beet Bulgur Salad in the Oven?

To make the Beet Bulgur Salad in the oven,

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients.
  3. Put the beets on the baking tray. Apply oil on it. Then wrap the beets in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about an hour. Adjust the baking time according to the size of the beets.
  4. Let the beets cool. Then peel the beets and cut them into cubes.
