  1. We need the chicken breasts as thin fillets. You can do this yourself or have it prepared by your butcher.
  2. Add salt and pepper to half a glass of flour. Mix well.
  3. Dip both sides of the fillet chicken into this flour mixture.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the cast pan.
  5. After the pan is heated and the butter is melted, put the chicken in the pan and cook on both sides until it turns golden.
  6. After removing the chickens from the pan, add 1 finely chopped garlic clove to the pan and cook.
  7. Add 1 cup of chicken broth on it and scrape the flavors that remain at the bottom of the pan.
  8. Slice half of 1 lemon and squeeze the other half. Then add the lemon slices to the pan.
  9. Cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce becomes dense.
  10. Add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of capers and cook a little bit more.
  11. Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Your delicious sauce is ready.
  12. Pour the sauce on the chicken, add some cilantro on top and your delicious chicken is ready to be served.
