  1. Leave the beans inside a bowl of water from the night before. The next day when you are ready to cook it, strain the water, wash the beans again and boil them in a large pot.
  2. In a separate pan add the olive oil and sauté the peppers and onions.
  3. Add the stew meat, tomato paste, pepper paste, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper to the mix and keep sautéing.
  4. One the beans are cooked, strain the water to a bowl and keep it.
  5. Put the cooked beans inside the sautéed mix and sauté them together for a bit.
  6. Now put the mixture into a large pot with the strained water you have from before.
  7. Cook it on a medium heat and once finished, rest it for 5-10 minutes before serving.
