  1. Boil the carrots, zucchini and potatoes.
  2. Grate the vegetables, add into eggs, boiled quinoa, finely chopped parsley and dill. Knead the mixture by hand.
  3. Put some oil in the pan and make it hot. Fry the small pieces from the mixture in oil.
