  1. Knead the ground beef with black pepper and salt. Make them meatballs.
  2. Cut the eggplant 3-4 cm wide. On a skewer put one meat and one eggplant. Cook them on the barbecue.
  3. After cooking them on the barbecue, place them on the tray and sprinkle with salt water. Cover the tray and cook over low heat.
  4. You can serve with onions and chili peppers in a tortilla.
