Gaziantep Eggplant Kebab

One of the most delicious dishes of Gaziantep cuisine. This kebab, which is consumed more in summer, will fascinate you when done correctly.

- Knead the ground beef with black pepper and salt. Make them meatballs.
- Cut the eggplant 3-4 cm wide. On a skewer put one meat and one eggplant. Cook them on the barbecue.
- After cooking them on the barbecue, place them on the tray and sprinkle with salt water. Cover the tray and cook over low heat.
- You can serve with onions and chili peppers in a tortilla.
