  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the noodles and saute.
  2. Wash the rice.
  3. Stir the noodles and add the rice and continue to roast. After roasting for 5-6 minutes, add water, salt, granulated sugar and lemon. Mix and close the lid. Cook at medium heat.
  4. After 15 minutes, take it from the stove, wrap it with cloth and let it rest.
