  1. Cook the finely chopped leeks in 3 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add the spices to the leeks you cooked.
  3. Then add the roughly chopped broccoli and potatoes to the vegetable broth and boil in the pot for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Add spinach to your mixture in 20 minutes and boil for another 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes, add the cream to the boiling soup and mix it in the blender.
  6. While the soup is resting, chop a handful of almonds roughly and cook them in butter.
  7. When the almonds are done, you can put them in the soup and enjoy.
