  1. Cut cauliflower into pieces and boil with a little water. After boiling, add milk and cook for 10 minutes. If you wish, you can also cook the cauliflower in the oven. Arrange the cauliflower in a single row on the baking tray. Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about 25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
  2. Put the olive oil and butter in the pan and brown the onion. Add flour and pepper paste. Then continue to roast. Add mint and salt , then mix.
  3. Pour it over the soup that is hot.
  4. Blend it until smooth.
