  1. Finely chop the capia pepper, boil with tarhana.
  2. Put yogurt in a bowl and add hot boiled water of tarhana. Add to pot and stir until boiling.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and heat. Add tomato paste and roast. Add the mint, basil and mix them. Pour the sauce over the tarhana and serve.
