Asparagus, which is heart-friendly, supports the digestive system, gives energy and is known to delay aging. Goes well with meat dishes. It will be both healthy and delicious.
- Wash the asparagus and put them in a bowl full of cold water.
- After getting it out of the water, make bunches by tying them with rope. Boil water in the pot and throw them into it. Add salt. Close the lid and wait for it to boil.
- Remove asparagus from the hot water and place in salty cold water. Leave for half an hour. Then remove from water and dry.
- Melt the oil in a separate pan. Pour over the oil on asparagus and serve.
