Celery with Orange and Pine Nuts

  1. After grating the celery and beets, roast them in a pan on which you added 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until it turns golden and add orange juice and boil over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  3. While they are boiling, spread the strained yoghurt on a large plate, put the roasted beet and celery on it.
  4. Finally, pass the orange juice with pine nuts on top and complete the recipe.
