Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of flax seed
- 1.5 cups of almond milk
- 2 ice
Directions
- Peel and slice the apple.
- Add apples, peanut butter, flax seeds, almond milk (or soy milk) and ice into the blender and mix.
- You can add honey to sweeten.
