Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 teaspoon dried lemon balm

Directions

  1. Chop or lightly crush lemon balm leaves to release their oils. Set it aside.
  2. Boil the water in the kettle.
  3. Then strain the lemon balm through a strainer. Add it to the teapot and pour it into a glass. Pour the boiling water over the leaves.
  4. Pour the hot water into the teacup and let the lemon balm leaves steep for 5–10 minutes. Then strain it.
  5. Optionally, add some honey before drinking.
