Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oat
- 1/2 teaspoon of fresh root ginger
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of almond
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of kephir
Directions
- Grate the ginger. You can choose sliced almonds.
- Add oats, kefir, maple syrup, ginger and almonds in a small glass bowl and mix until well combined.
- Leave in the refrigerator for a minimum of 10 minutes or 1 day.
- Garnish with blueberries.
