  1. Firstly, wash all the sliced fruits and then start by making the syrup by blending sugar with 2 tablespoons of water in the pan.
  2. Let it boil for three to four minutes on medium flame until the sugar is dissolved completely and the syrup becomes thick.
  3. Remove the pan from the flame and let the syrup cool down.
  4. Add granulated sugar or any other sweetener like maple syrup or honey, as per your choice. You can blend it up so that all the flavors are blended nicely.
  5. Pour red wine, and then add brandy and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate the sangria overnight or for at least 4 hours. Remember to add 2 cups of soda water before serving the sangria. Add ice and enjoy.
