  5. Once the oil has started smoking, you can add the filet mignon steak to the pan. Now stir and cook it without even moving it for 2-3 minutes, until you see the formation of a crust.
  6. Remember to utilize tongs to flip the steak and then add Rosemary, butter, and garlic to the pan.
  7. Spread the butter continuously on the steak for a good 2 to 3 minutes. Now, you're required to shift the pan into the microwave oven for 5 minutes to get a medium steak.
