  2. Peel and cut the carrots to be as thick as a finger, slice the onions like apple slices, and chop the garlic.
  3. Chop the tomatoes into large cubes.
  4. Place the fish, carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and bay leaves on the baking tray.
  5. Then add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  6. Add lemon juice and 1 cup of water, cover the oven tray, and cook for about 25 minutes.
  7. After 25 minutes, uncover and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  8. After getting it out of the oven, you can rest it a bit and enjoy it with extra lemon juice on top.
