  1. Switch on the grill portion of the oven.
  2. Put the chicken breast in a bowl, sprinkle with oil, plenty of salt and black pepper. Place on a baking tray; Let stand for at least 30-45 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Slice 1 lemon finely. Place half of the lemon slices in a small bowl. Add garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Separate the remaining lemon slices for service. Divide the remaining lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Rub the chicken with 2 tbsp oil. Fry the greasy lemon slices on the grill.
