Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 breast of chicken meat
- 3 cups of olive oil
- 2 lemon
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 sprigs of fresh oregano
- 1 green olive
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- Switch on the grill portion of the oven.
- Put the chicken breast in a bowl, sprinkle with oil, plenty of salt and black pepper. Place on a baking tray; Let stand for at least 30-45 minutes at room temperature.
- Slice 1 lemon finely. Place half of the lemon slices in a small bowl. Add garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Separate the remaining lemon slices for service. Divide the remaining lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Set aside.
- Rub the chicken with 2 tbsp oil. Fry the greasy lemon slices on the grill.
- Cook the chicken on the grill for 15-20 minutes. Turn the chicken upside down and fry the other side. Put to a cutting board and wait to serve for 10-15 minutes, garnish with fresh oregano.
