  1. First heat the olive oil in a griddle.
  2. Seal the chicken drumsticks in the pan you heat.
  3. Then, cut 1 garlic in half and add it to the pan.
  4. Add raisins and chicken broth to the pan.
  5. Crumble 2 sprigs of tarragon with your hands.
  6. Finally, add the tartar you chopped into the pan and wrap it with a baking paper.
