It is a delicious and tender meat dish that is consumed by Muslims especially during the Eid al-Adha. It is a practical and satisfying recipe that you can make for large dinner parties. It goes very well with rice.

  1. Chop the tail fat and cook it. After its cooked, put the excess oil in a bowl and set it aside.
  2. Add the stew meat in the pan on the remaining tail fat and cook at high temperature until boiling. Then cook at a low temperature for 2-3 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. Season with spices close to cooking.
  3. When the meat is cooked, put the tail oil and mix well. Continue to cook over low heat.
