  1. Put 6 cups of water and 1 stick of cinnamon in the pot. Wash apples and remove seeds. Peel the shells and cut into cubes. Put in water and cook with the lid closed.
  2. Add granulated sugar and stir until melted.
  3. Serve in small bowls by adding water and fruit.
