6 June 2020

An excellent method for making delicious meat dishes is via marination which is derived from the French word "Marinado". The method of this application is simple and effective. It is simply keeping the meat in a special mixture for a while. This wait time varies depending on the concentration, type or condition of the mixture. In this article, we will take a look at healthy and delicious meat marinating methods.

Let's make a few reminders before we go to the recipes.

Although the marinade time varies depending on the type of meat, it is 2-4 hours ideal for red meat.

Since vinegar has acidic properties, it is very effective in softening the meat. For this reason, vinegar is used in many marinade sauces.

It is important that the sauce spreads all over the meat. For this reason, do not prefer meat that is cut very thick.

The storage bowl you marinate the meat and store should not get air.

Do not forget to turn it upside down in half of the time you devote to marinating.

The sauce you prepared should be enough to cover the meat.
