The Hangover Kit

Hangover can be defined as having too much to drink the day before. For some, it is full of great regrets, and unfortunately there is no miraculous way out of this situation. However, you can reduce the effects in some ways.

Consume water!

First, consume plenty of water to prevent the loss of fluid. It relaxes your stomach without exhausting your digestive system.

Stay away from coffee and tea!

No matter how important fluid consumption is, your preference should not be for caffeine-containing coffee and tea. Caffeine will increase the effects of hangover. You can prefer herbal tea instead. Chamomile would be a good choice.

Consume foods containing potassium!

Decrease in potassium levels will cause fatigue and nausea. You should consume foods with high levels of potassium in order to relax your stomach and regain your energy. Bananas, avocados, carrots.

Get plenty of rest!

You can overcome the complaints caused by hangover by sleeping. Through sleep, your body will come to rest.

And finally our hangover mix!

Be sure to try this mixture to help bring you back to your stomach and give you energy.
