  1. Put milk, water, sugar and salt in a pot, heat over medium heat.
  2. Beat water (4 tablespoons) and cocoa powder to prevent lumps in a bowl, then pour into milk mixture and stir.
  3. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Boil the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool completely before putting it in the refrigerator. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
