  1. Put mint leaf and half lemon peel into the press. Add a teaspoon of sugar and bray until crushed.
  2. Melt the remaining sugar in 4 cups of water.
  3. Mix the lemon juice and the mixture you prepared. Filter through a clean cheesecloth and serve.
