  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Then add milk to the mixture. Beat the mixture until you get a thick dough consistency.
  3. Cut off the stem and leaves of the cauliflower. Cut into pieces of your preferred size.
  4. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the dough mixture. Coat all parts with the mixture. Shake off the excess and place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Cook the cauliflower florets for 10 minutes until golden brown and soft, flip the cauliflower pieces over with a fork and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce, butter, and honey in a medium saucepan. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Toss the cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the oven and cook for about 10 more minutes until crispy.
  9. Serve immediately.
