  1. After peeling the potatoes, cut them into small cubes.
  2. In a pan with potatoes that you cut into cubes, fry with olive oil.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, salt and oil well.
  4. Add finely chopped greens to the mixture you whisk.
