  1. Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
  2. Mix the eggs and granulated sugar in the mixer. Then continue mixing by adding milk, oil, oregano and mint.
  3. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture, stir for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the olives and mix with a spoon.

  6. Leave the cake to cool.
