  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray.
  2. Add granulated sugar to a small pan. Stir with a wooden chopstick over low-medium heat for about 2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat when all the sugar has melted and caramelized. Add baking soda to the mixture and get a light brown color.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray with the help of a ladle. Let it cool for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Then spray the shaped cookie cutter with cooking spray. Press down on the mixture.
  6. Allow to cool and serve.
