  1. Wash the strawberries with plenty of water and strain. Extract the stems and place them in a saucepan in a layer of strawberries and a layer of sugar. Leave for one night.
  2. Put the stove without adding any water to the strawberries. Boil first at medium temperature and then until it becomes proper jam consistency. Add lemon juice and boil.
  3. Pour into a warm and clean jar. After cooling, close the lid tightly.
