  1. Wash the fruit and clean the stems.
  2. Put red berries and water in a large saucepan. Boil over medium heat with frequent stirring. After boiling, cook for about 30 minutes on low heat.
  3. Add chia seeds and mix. Then, again cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely before placing in refrigerator or freezer.
