  1. First, heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Cook the minced meat together with the onions you chopped.
  3. While cooking onions and minced meat, cut the eggplants in cubes.
  4. When the onions begin to change color, add the eggplants that you cut into cubes into the pan.
  5. While the cooking process continues, add the diced tomatoes and garlic and cook until the tomato juice is absorbed.
  6. When the mix is prepared, leave it to wait on the side.
  7. Grease the baking tray and cover it with one of the dough.
  8. Mix eggs, milk and half a glass of olive oil in a bowl and apply the mixture you have prepared on the dough in the baking tray with a pastry brush. Repeat this with two more layers of sheet of dough.
  9. On the 3rd sheet of dough, spread the eggplant mixture evenly.
  10. Put the remaining two sheets of dough on top. Spread some egg, milk and olive oil mix. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you like, for move flavor.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 392 °F (200 °C).
