  1. Chop the potatoes like apple slices. Fry in hot oil.
  2. Sauté the chopped onions in olive oil in a separate pan. Add the tomato paste and fry.
  3. Finely chop the parsley. Mix all the other ingredients.
  4. Add the potatoes and season with the spices.
