  1. Prepare your favorite type of iced coffee. Then mix with maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  2. Combine cold milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon) and salt in a measuring cup or frothing jug. Use milk frother to froth the milk until it becomes creamy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, pour it into iced coffee, then place the pumpkin foam on it. Serve now and enjoy!
