  1. First, cook the rice in olive oil and butter.
  2. Then add the raw diced almonds and dried fruits diced in cubes and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. When the rice changes color, add 3 cups of hot water and cook on low heat.
  4. Then put 1 dough in a wide and deeply oiled pan and add another half dough on it.
  5. After this process, put the rice, which was rested, into the pan.
  6. Cut the remaining 1.5 dough into pieces and cover the rice.
  7. In the next step, open the bottom of the stove and cook it by turning both sides upside down until it turns golden.
  8. After resting it, you can slice and eat with pleasure.
