  1. Chill the sheet pan or 9 x 13 inch baking sheet in the freezer for a few hours.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and salt over medium heat. Make sure to stir constantly so that the mixture does not burn.
  3. Remove the ice cream base from the heat when it starts to bubble.
  4. Allow it to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  5. Put the ice cream mixture on the baking sheet or pan. Spread it in a thin layer using a spatula.
  6. If desired, layer the strawberry jam, cocoa powder, or sprinkles on top.
  7. Refrigerate the ice cream for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  8. Take the ice cream tray out of the freezer. With a flat, sharp-edged spatula, scrape the ice cream into the roll, starting from the bottom. Using a spatula, roll the ice cream into 7 cm strips.
  9. Transfer ice cream rolls to the glass or bowl.
  10. Serve the roll ice cream with optional whipped cream, sprinkles, or sliced ​​ice cream.
