  1. Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the pan and fry the carrots in the pan after the oil is warmed.
  3. Chop the 2 small garlic and add to the pan.
  4. Add the salt.
  5. When the carrots change color and soften, take it from the fire and let it cool.
  6. After the carrot has cooled, mix it with yogurt and place the dill on it and serve.
