  1. Heat the oven to 392°F (200°C)
  2. Cook the eggplant, tomatoes and peppers in the oven
  3. Let them cool and peel the shells and chop finely and mix them in a bowl
  4. Crush the garlic and add to the mixture
  5. Add chili peppers, cumin, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, salt and mix well.
  6. Take it to the serving plate and serve

Tips

  • Use greasy paper when cooking vegetables in the oven
  • Put holes on the eggplants and peppers with a knife before cooking
  • Before cooking the tomatoes, cut them in half and add salt
