  1. Wash the celery thoroughly. Add crushed garlic, chopped walnuts and salt into the yoğurt and mix them.
  2. Peel celery and grate. Add to the yogurt immediately to avoid darkening and stir them.
  3. Serve with celery leaves or orange slices.
