  1. First, heat the oven at 428°F.
  2. While the oven is warming, peel and wash the carrot, fresh thyme, onion, potato, broccoli and garlic.
  3. Chop the items you wash roughly and place them on the baking tray.
  4. Pour olive oil and salt on them and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Then melt the butter and flour in a pot. Then add 1 liter of vegetable juice and keep cooking.
  6. When the vegetables come out of the oven, add them to the pot and cook for a while.
  7. Put the cooked ingredients in a mixer, and mix them until you get a smooth consistency.
  8. Finally, boil the mix, and your soup is ready.
